RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
At SMEG FASHION, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy is designed to be straight forward and hassle-free.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
· Note: If you have received a wrong/damaged product, a parcel opening video without any pause or cuts should be sent on our WhatsApp number 9488166478 , we can replace this with the exact same item if available in stock. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact or by providing proof of damage/defect.
· Time Frame: Return requests must be made within 24hrs of delivery date.
· Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
· Receipt: Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and refunds.

RETURN PROCESS

· Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
· Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
· Processing Time: Replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. The refunded amount will be reflected in your account within 7-10 business working days of initiation
EXCHANGES
· If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
